Convention Centers

Eilat has long been a center for various conventions that take place in Israel. Eilat is a popular location for conventions for a few reasons - it is distant enough to disconnect yourself from your daily environment and really immerse yourself in the convention ambience, it is an excellent location to take the evenings off and reload yourself with energy for another busy day of talks, mingling and lectures, and some of Eilat’s hotels are equipped with excellent convention centers. 

Herods Hotel, for example, holds seven halls for conventions; Dan Eilat has a complex of halls that are designed to hold both large lectures and smaller seminars; and the Royal Beach Eilat convention center boasts over 1,000 square meters of convention-designated space. Additionally, the municipality of Eilat is also working on constructing an independent convention and fairs center in Eilat. The municipality supports and encourages conventions and large events via the Tourism Corporation of Eilat.

  •  Orchid Hotel

    Seminars and lectures rooms for conferences, conventions and business events.

  • Dan Hotel

    The Dan Eilat Hotel offers numerous halls that are suitable for various events, such as exhibitions, conferences with a large number of participants, family celebrations in an intimate atmosphere and more. In addition to the largest “Blue Hall” there are also three other smaller halls. The ground floor “Tarshish” hall can be used as one space or divided into two separate spaces. The convention center has its own entrance hall.

  • Hilton Queen of Sheba Hotel

    The hotel’s business lounge is suitable for conferences and conventions. The guests are offered an internet access, light refreshment, beverages (alcoholic, hot or soft drinks) and a room for small scale meetings.

  • Herods Forum Hotel

    The hotel offers a few halls that are suitable for different types of events. The first and foremost is the Business Lounge – located on the 11th floor, on the bridge between the Palace and Vitalis Hotels). The participants in the events here are offered light refreshment (including beverages), sitting areas and various papers and magazines (some of the services mentioned above entail an extra charge).

  • Isrotel King Solomon Hotel

    The conference hall (317 sqm) can host up to 300 guests at a time. Next to it there is a conference room in which a wireless internet connection is offered for an extra charge.

  • Isrotel Yam Suf (Red Sea) Hotel

    Up to 200 guests can fit here in a theater style seating arrangement. For those with a laptop, an internet access is available for an extra charge.

  • Isrotel Sport Club Hotel Eilat

    The hotel offers a meeting room for 15 people and a large events hall for up to 150 people. Guests with a laptop are offered an internet access for an extra charge.

  • Isrotel Royal Beach Hotel

    A 600 sqm luxurious and advanced convention center that can host up to 800 people in a theater style seating arrangement and up to 500 people around tables. The space can be divided by acoustically insulated partitions into five separate halls in various sizes. Advanced audio-visual equipment and a vast reception area that can host up to 1,000 people, are offered as well. Two private meeting rooms next to the convention halls are also offered. In addition, the hotel offers a business lounge, wireless internet and office services.

  • Isrotel Royal Garden Hotel

    The hotel offers the largest and best equipped hall in Eilat, which contains 600 seats in a theater style seating arrangement. The hall can be used for holding large scale conventions and it includes one of the most advanced presentation audio-visual systems in the world.

  • Leonardo Plaza Hotel

    Halls for conferences, conventions, group fun days and private events of 120 – 300 participants. The hotel’s swimming pool can host up to 500 guests. The hotel offers advanced meetings and conferences equipment, a business lounge that includes a relaxed seating area, computer and internet services (for an extra charge), newspapers and magazines, and light refreshment with hot and cold beverages throughout the day.

  • Adi Hotel

    The hotel offers its guests an internet service at the reception area for an extra charge and an event and convention hall.

  • Prima Music Hotel

    The hotel’s “Tzrif” (hut) Hall” can host events and conventions of up to 250 participants seated around tables and up to 300 participants in a theater style seating arrangement. The hotel offers its guests equipment such as a flip chart, writing implements, a slide projector and a sound system.

  • Club Hotel

    An auditorium with 850 seats for performances and conventions. The “Ocean Hall” offers 620 seats in a theater style seating arrangement and it can be divided into 3 halls of 120, 290 and 210 seats.

  • Rimonim Hotel

    A convention hall for hosting up to 120 people in a theater style seating arrangement.
