It is prohibited to collect data of any kind from the website in any program, including programs that are aimed at collecting data etc and it is also strictly prohibited to distribute it, without the explicit and written authorization of the office.
The Corporation can change from time to time the website’s structure which includes the services offered by the website, the website’s appearance, the scope and availability of the services provided by the website and any other aspect connected with the services. Changes of this sort can involve problems and\or cause at first inconvenience and the like. The user of the website will have no claim and\or demand from the Corporation regarding any such made changes and\or problems caused by them.
6. Changes to the Website and Termination of Service
The Corporation is not responsible in any way for maintaining the continuity and lack of interference of the services that it provides and for their safety and faultlessness overtime. The Corporation is also not responsible for maintaining the invulnerability of its computers to damage and to various technical failures related to software or hardware, the company and\or the website, or to any of their providers, as the running of the website involves the services of external providers, for whose actions or failures the Corporation has no responsibility, which may cause damage and\or loss and\or expense and\or legal expense to the users of the website.

The users of the website will have no claim and\or demand, financial and\or otherwise against the Corporation and\or the website and\or anyone on their behalf due to the discontinuation of the service or the above mentioned changes.
7. Laws and Jurisdiction
The use of the website will be subject to Israeli law only. The sole jurisdiction on all matters relating to this agreement or the website will be the authorized courts of law in the Southern District of the State of Israel.
8. Content Given by Users for Publication on the Website

It is hereby clarified that all intellectual property rights and\or any other right related to contents uploaded by the website users, belong to those users that uploaded them. The contents published by the users will be exposed to all internet users, but it is hereby clarified and emphasized that these contents are not published on behalf of the website and\or the Corporation and thus it is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, quality, integrity and completeness of the information.
The users of the website and of the services of the Corporation hereby acknowledge that any information (as specified above) uploaded by them to be published on the website was uploaded by them personally and that they are solely responsible for the content of this information which they have uploaded onto the website.

The Corporation has the right to shorten, erase, edit and reject the publication of an article and\or message based in its sole judgment and without having to provide an explanation. In any event, the providing of these contents by the users does not give them any right to demand their publication. In addition, the Corporation will have the right to prevent the users from publishing further articles and\or messages on the website. This article’s instructions are additional to the website’s legal rights.
The users hereby declare that they allow the website to use the information that they have uploaded and published on the website in any way, such as presenting it on the website and\or publishing it on the internet and\or publishing it in any other type of media, for the company’s needs and advancement, and under the website’s sole discretion, with no payment to the users and\or a need for their permission for publishing.
9. Privacy Policy, Registration to the Website and Connecting with the Users
The Corporation will have the right to stipulation the usage of some or all of the website’s pages on the user’s registration which will include the users’ identifying details and additional details based on the website’s discretion. Any other legal use or that which received the users agreement upon registration, based on the Corporation’s discretion.
